Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actress, activist for animals and a writer, who has won numerous Awards. She is renowned for her movies like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). Her desire to be an artist was in part influenced by her upbringing within a New York family of artists. She began as a photo assistant before moving on to modeling and acting.
