Mary Marg Helgenberger is an American actress. She was born on the 16th of November, 1958. Her career began in the 1980s, and became famous for acting as Siobhan on the daily soap show Ryan's Hope from 1982 to 1986. Most famously, she is known for her role as Catherine Willows in the CBS police procedural drama. Crime Scene Investigation (2000-13) as well as the TV film Immortality (2015). Vegas came out in 2022 and continues to air until today. Helgenberger is also known for her role as K.C. Koloski on her role in the ABC show China Beach (1988-91) which was the reason she won her the 1990 Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Drama Series. In 2007 she earned her bachelor's in art history at Columbia University. She was a part of The View in 2017 and host the show for a period of time until 2021. McCain has received four Daytime Emmy nominations. McCain's other projects include being an Daily Mail columnist after her stint of three years at The View.
