She is known as Jen Scotts (Power Rangers Time Force) Ted Mosbys older sibling Heather (How I met Your Mother) and Kendra Burke (Saving Grace). Felicity was a recurring character in the ABC series Red Widow. The show also claims to be the very first female lead role in on the Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II as well as Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. When she was 4 she began acting in local productions at the high school that her mother directed. When she was 8 years old, she began singing and dancing classes. The actress won Miss Pre-Teen Virginia in 1991 and the first runner-up for Miss Junior America. The actress continued to perform throughout her senior years during her time at Brooke Point High School. She was the president of several groups, including the Honor Thespians. When she was a junior, Cahill was the sole one in her class to earn flawless scores throughout the entire process of her audition for her audition to the Governors School for the Arts for drama. In addition, she won the award for Best Actor in the Actors Models Talent for Christ Competition when she was 16 years old. She was further selected into the Barton and Williams Dance Company winning both company and individual distinctions. After graduating at the age of 18, she studied at Marymount Manhattan College (New York) as a performer and academic arts award. Her departure from the college was at 19 to pursue an full-time acting career in Los Angeles.
